She has a deep understanding of the links between retailers and manufacturers' needs for innovation, sustainability and competitive advantage.
She was Director of Global Product Development for Boots and, previously, Marketing Director for Carlsberg Tetley.
She led the team that developed the famous No 7 'Protect and Perfect' brand of anti-aging skincare
She created, secured funding and led the Boots Centre for Innovation, an innovative partnership for new ideas to the shelves
